Objective
Stepwise sells specialist diabetic footwear online and was opening its first physical store. Before spending on the launch, we audited the account and found the measurement was broken: real money going out, zero purchases coming back in the data.
01 · What we found
The pixel and server-side tracking had been silently broken: ₹31K of ad spend had produced zero attributed purchases, so every optimization decision before us had been made blind.
We rebuilt the measurement view from the ad account and store data outward, so the launch budget would learn from real signals instead of noise.
02 · The launch system
For the store opening we built a WhatsApp-led Meta campaign: engagement-optimized, geo-drawn around the store, with leads landing directly with staff instead of a form nobody answers.
A locked ad design system produced five press-ready creatives in the brand's own voice, built to be extended for every future burst without a designer on call.
