Objective
A two-location aesthetic clinic in the Dallas-Fort Worth area was paying $47 a lead and booking 22 consultations a month. They wanted growth that showed up on the calendar, not in a dashboard.
01 · The problem
Spend was buying clicks, not consults. The funnel stopped at the form, and nothing connected an ad to a booked, kept appointment. No one could tell which campaigns actually filled chairs.
02 · What we did
We rebuilt paid social and paid search around the one number a clinic lives on: a booked consultation. Creative spoke to the specific treatment, the landing page matched the ad, and tracking ran all the way to the calendar.
Cost per lead fell from $47 to $18. Booked consultations climbed from 22 to 61 a month. ROAS moved from 1.8x to 4.6x.
03 · Result
Across the two locations, roughly $31,600 in added monthly revenue, tracked to consultations that actually happened.
